Private accommodation for Kainuu O-Week (booking instructions)
From this page you can find all the private houses, holiday apartments and cottages and private room accommodation which are available for KOW 2023.
Private accommodation can be booked through the KOW-webshop until June 18, 2023. You can add the accommodation to the shopping cart after opening the accommodation notification under "Book now" and clicking on the "Book accommodation" button in the accommodation notification. The accommodation transferred to the shopping cart will remain reserved for 10 minutes, if you do not complete the purchase process during this time, the item will be released for booking in the online store. When the accommodation has been transferred to the shopping cart, the advertisement for the property in the online store will read "This accommodation is not currently available".
The description of the accommodation shows the rental period for which the property can be reserved.
NOTE! The number of people using the resort must not exceed the number of sleeping places stated in the description or the number agreed on during booking. Please note this when booking and check with the accommodation office before booking.

KOW-webshop payment methods:
- Online bank (all Finnish banks)
- Card payment (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard and American Express)
- Mobile payment (MobilePay, Pivo and Siirto App)
- Invoice and installment (Walley, Jousto and OP Lasku)
Reservation can also be made by e-mail to the Kainuu Orienteering Week accommodation office at accommodation@rastiviikko.fi.
Bookings are processed during the opening hours of the accommodation office in the order of arrival, after which the Kainuun Orienteering Week will send the customer an invoice by e-mail or post. When booking an e-mail, we cannot guarantee the availability of the property, as the property may have been sold through the online store prior to processing the reservation.
