With our "Experience Kainuu Orienteering Week" campaign, you can join the event for just a single day – either with your family or on your own. Enjoy the thrill of orienteering and the wonderful event atmosphere easily for a one-time fee of only €30.

What is included in the campaign package?

Orienteering Options:

• For Families:
  • Open-RR (Avoin-RR) on a safe, marked route in the forest (includes 2 adults + 2–3 children).
• For Individual Participants:
  • Open Courses & Recreational orienteering with 8 different track options (tracks C, B, or A) to choose from based on your own skill level.
• Adventure for the Whole Family:
  • The "Rastiralli" adventure route – a fun, shared activity with exciting nature experiences.

Transport and Parking:

• Competition Bus Transportation (for the family or individual participant) to the competition centre and back, running the route: Suomussalmi (KOW Event Centre, Jalonniemi) – Ruukinkangas (KOW Campsite) – Karhulanvaara (KOW Dormitory Accommodation).

OR alternatively:

• Parking Fee at the P4 Public Parking Area, located just a 300–600 meter walk from the competition centre.

Price:

• Only €30 / day / family or individual participant (Regular price €37–59)
