Participation cancellation protection

With the cancellation protection, a participant can cancel their participation in the event at any time, and the participation fee will be fully refunded.

The cancellation protection must be purchased through the KOW-webshop within 14 days of registration.

Please note that if the participation fee has been paid using an exercise benefit (e.g. employer-provided sports benefit), we are unable to refund the payment in cash in the event of cancellation (in accordance with the Finnish Tax Administration guidelines).

When placing the order, please specify the name of the person the cancellation protection applies to in the “Names of the individuals covered by the cancellation protection”- field in the summary and finalization part of the purchasing process. You may purchase cancellation protection for multiple people in a single order - in that case, please include the names of all participants covered by the cancellation protection in the same field.

Note. The cancellation protection can be ordered from the webshop, even though the notice says "In Stock 0 pcs".
