In the competition categories the start times are chosen in advance

Start time choosing service is used in Kainuu Orienteering Week in all categories H/D8-95 except in elite categories H/D16-21E.
Selection of departure times opens on 15th June 2023 at 12:00 am and closes on 21st June 2023. Elite series start lists are published before the Start time selection opens.

When choosing departure times, it's a good time to also think about the need for child care during the competition days.We recommend registering for the children’s day care (Musula) by June 21, 2023 to ensure a smooth service.
