Start Time Selection for Competition Categories
Participants in competition categories can select their preferred start times until June 18, 2025, at 23:59 (Finnish time).
Pre-selected start times are available for competition categories H/D16–95, excluding the elite categories H/D16–21E. Start times for elite categories H/D16–21E and children’s categories H/D8–14 have been allocated by draw.
Please read the instructions for selecting your start time and make your selection via the link on the start lists and results page.
If a participant does not select a start time via the selection service by the deadline, a start time will be assigned from the remaining available times.
Start Lists for Elite and Children’s Categories
Start lists for H/D16–21E and H/D8–14 categories have been published. You can find them on the start lists and results page.
Orienteering Times for Open Courses (Recreational orienteering)
In recreational orienteering (open courses), you can head out into the terrain at any time of your choosing during the opening hours of the start location. Please note that registration at the start gate closes 20 minutes before the start location closes.
In the open courses, access to the terrain is as follows:
- Sunday 28 June: 13:00–16:30
- Tuesday 30 June: 11:00–14:30
- Thursday 2 July: 11:00–14:30
- Friday 3 July: 10:00–13:30
