Orienteer in top terrains and amazing landscapes with top-level orienteering maps during next summer's Kainuu Orienteering Week in Jämäsvaara, Kuhmo, July 2-7, 2023. In Jämäsvaara's versatile terrain, the course setters has taken into account children and amateur orienteers who go around recreational orienteering races and other open orienteering events.

- In the vicinity of the Competition Centre, there are easier orienteering terrain - nice pine forest areas with good runability and some smooth open areas and paths. And what's best, the very beautiful ridges between the small ponds, the Kainuu O Week 2023 course setters tells about the background.

- With these elements, we can offer even the youngest children and amateur orienteers safe and diverse open courses. Great and versatile RR tracks are also coming for the smallest children in Opne/Family-RR or in H/D8-10RR categories.

- Fortunately, there are two types of terrain in Jämäsvaara. Difficult and easy. Something for everyone.

In competition categories and longer open courses (A-level open courses), the Kainuu O Week terrains of the upcoming summer are mostly demanding and challenging even for experienced orienteers. Such a skill-oriented orienteer's dream orienteering.
