With the "Discover Kainuu Orienteering Week" campaign, you can join the event for just one day – with your family or on your own – and enjoy the joy of orienteering and the vibrant event atmosphere for just €30 per day.
What’s included in the campaign?
Orienteering:
- For families: Family-RR orienteering on a safe, marked route (2 adults + 2–3 children)
- For individuals: Fitness orienteering with eight different course options (levels C, B, or A – choose the one that matches your skill level)
- Adventure for the whole family:
- Rastiralli adventure track – shared fun and outdoor experiences for all ages
Transport and parking:
- Shuttle bus transport for the whole family between Sotkamo–Katinkulta–Vuokatti and the Competition Centre
- OR
- Parking permit for the P4 Public Parking Area, with a nonstop shuttle bus to the Competition Centre
Price:
- Only €30 / day / family or individual

Free Bus Transport from Kajaani to Vuokatti!
You can also travel to Kainuu Orienteering Week with a free bus ride from Kajaani to Vuokatti on each of the four competition days. Seats are limited – act fast!
